Oracle Resource Hub is an authorization level to Oracle partners who is the host to certified and qualified resources. Resources could be trainers or technical specialists in services such as implementation, support, etc. The Resource Hub is planned to be a resource provider to Oracle and Oracle partners.

ProSkills is authorized by Oracle to be a Global Resource Hub. The partnership agreement covers the whole world and all technologies and specializations. ProSkills is also an authorized reseller with Cloud specializations.

ProSkills is also a host to certified and qualified trainers in IBM, Redhat, VMware, ISTQB, SCRUM, ITIL, Agile, PMI, COBIT, DevOps, CompTIA, SAP, AWS, Google, Intel, HP, CISSP, CEH, CISA, Palo Alto and Cisco.

Although Turkish language is not within our list of the six delivery languages (EN, FR, AR, DE, SP, PT), ProSkills can still help and provide a trainer who can deliver in Turkish language, either virtual or in-class. 

ProSkills works closely with the partner and Oracle's end customer to fulfill special technical requirements for IT staff. This includes training, implementation, upgrade, consultation, support, etc. All our consultants have robust technical field hands on experience which enables them to deliver the required tasks smoothly. 

ProSkills provides full fledged User Adoption Service including "Training Needs Assessment", "Training Material Development", "In-class and On-job Training", "Evaluation". All those tasks are done in collaboration with Oracle. The reports and results at the end of each each task are all validated by Oracle UAS teams.
